Stonehill Village's planned residential space is all lifestyle and preserving your investment.  Currently we have three neighborhoods where you can build your new home.

• Spindletop — Custom residential homes are currently being built

• Steeplechase — Single-family residential patio homes are currently being built

• Liberty Hill — Executive single-family residential family homes with an executive design; adjacent to a woodland common area are currently being built
