Rental and investment properties are not allowed in Stonehill Village. Residents are required to reside in their homes for at least 6 months a year. Some exceptions do apply for job and military transfers, but any potential rental must follow strict guidelines and be approved by the Board of Managers.

Yes, the miles of trails and sidewalks that wind through Stonehill Village are specifically designed for electric golf cart use. Golf carts are required to be registered with the community prior to use. Golf cart rules can be found here.
